Data controller

NEMO AI Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected on agentx.sale. The person responsible for data protection within the company is Steve Curtis. You can contact him at steve@nemoai.uk.

What we collect

AgentX is a shopfront for paid agent calls. You do not need an account to use it.

If you email us, we keep that correspondence. Paid calls settle in USDC on Base or Solana. Those payments are on the public chain, including the wallet address that paid. We may keep a receipt of paid work on our server so we can deliver the result.

The free catalogue and the free MCP tools do not ask for a name or email.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we process personal data on these bases:

Why we collect it

Receipts exist so a paid call can still be delivered if the agent disconnects. Email exists so we can reply to you. We do not use this site for advertising.

Your GDPR rights

NEMO AI Solutions is based in Scotland and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email steve@nemoai.uk.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as we have an active relationship with you. Paid receipts are kept so we can deliver the work, then as long as HMRC requires for accounting (6 years) where a record counts as a transaction.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing steve@nemoai.uk. We will remove it within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.

Who we share it with

Settlement runs through the x402 facilitators used by the gateway (currently Coinbase CDP on Base, and PayAI). USDC transfers on those chains are public.

We keep this data for delivery and accounting, not advertising.

International transfers

Facilitators and public blockchains may process data outside the UK. Public-chain activity is visible worldwide by design. Facilitators used for settlement operate their own privacy terms.

Cookies

This shopfront does not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without stopping the catalogue from loading.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses, developers and agents acting for them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date below.
